How an engagement runs

Every engagement starts with a written compliance audit and a scoped monthly retainer, agreed before onboarding. From day one, one HR partner is accountable end to end.

1. Discovery call

A 30 to 45-minute call to capture headcount, current HR setup, pain points and growth plans. We already know your state footprint from the intake form. You spend the call on your business, not our education.

2. Compliance audit

Within 10 business days of the discovery call, we deliver a written compliance and HR-maturity audit. Federal statute review, state-by-state employment-law review, I-9 audit, employee classification review, handbook gap analysis and benefits enrolment readiness.

3. Scoped retainer proposal

A written scope and flat monthly retainer tailored to your headcount, multi-state footprint, benefits complexity and recruiting needs. Signed off before we start operating.

4. Onboard and operate

We onboard within two weeks: week one is records transition plus compliance remediation, week two is policy adoption and full handover. From week three, one HR partner is running your HR function.

What sits outside our scope

We do not act as the employer of record. Your employees stay employed by you. We complement (and can help you exit) PEO arrangements where useful, and we partner with retained recruitment firms when true executive search is needed. Everything inside standard HR generalist practice sits with us.
